Everything we sell — peptides, supplements, and related products — is offered on an as-is basis and does not constitute medical advice. Our descriptions are based on general research, and how each person responds can differ. We may cap quantities, pull products, or decline orders whenever we see fit.
3. Account & Orders
You're in charge of keeping your account secure. Once payment goes through, your order is committed. We can cancel orders we suspect involve fraud, mistakes, or anything that breaks our policies.
4. Pricing & Payments
Everything's priced in Nigerian Naira (₦) and can shift at any time without warning. Payments go through secure third-party processors. Any applicable taxes or fees are on you, the buyer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Nigeria only (check our Shipping Policy for details). Estimated delivery windows are just that — estimates, not promises. The risk passes to you once the delivery is confirmed.
6. Returns & Refunds
Only items still sealed and untouched may be considered for a refund, and it's at our discretion. Return shipping is on the customer (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
7. Prohibited Conduct
You won't use our products for anything illegal — like doping or reselling without permission. You also agree not to misrepresent yourself, hack the site, commit fraud, or break any laws while using Glowpeppers.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, text, images, and other content on this site belong to Glowpeppers and are protected by copyright law. Copying product descriptions or using our content without permission is off-limits.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We make no medical claims — our products aren't FDA-approved and aren't meant to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. These terms fall under Nigerian law. Any legal disputes will be handled in courts within Nigeria.
